Improvement Day 2008 Registration Form

You are cordially invited to participate in the Baldrige National Quality Program’s annual improvement process. Discussions during the three sessions will address aspects of the Program, especially the Criteria for Performance Excellence, the Award process, Examiner training, and Program outreach. To supplement the information received at Improvement Day, there is a Call for Comments for input from all stakeholders, including those who can and cannot attend. Responses to the Call for Comments will help drive the Improvement Day sessions’ agendas and discussions.

If you are interested in attending one of the sessions, please complete and submit the form below by July 16, 2008. Please also include your suggestions for agenda topics. You may contact Sandra Byrne (sandra.byrne@nist.gov or 301-975-4812) if you have any questions. As the Baldrige National Quality Program budget cannot support reimbursement for this meeting, we appreciate attendees paying for their individual Improvement Day costs. A logistics package, including a listing of nearby hotels, will be mailed to those who register.

On-line, small focus group on Thursday, August 7, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EDT). We can only accommodate 15 people in the session, and attendance will
be on a first-come/first-served basis. The discussion will be limited to one topic.

As during the previous week’s call, we can only accommodate 15 people in the session, and attendance will be on a first-come/first-served basis. The discussion will be limited to the same topic as discussed in the earlier call. (SESSION IS FULL)
